　　本次活动由北京市人民政府侨务办公室、北京市国有资产经营有限责任公司指导，国家游泳中心、马来西亚中国总商会主办，浙江三板斧管理有限公司承办，并得到中国马来西亚商会支持。

　　据介绍，水立方将搭电商平台，升级功能为侨服务。主办方提供资料显示，水立方是唯一一座由全球107个国家和地区的35万港澳台同胞、海外华侨华人捐资而建的奥运场馆。此次启动“全球寻人”，意在通过完善和细化捐资人数据库，提升对侨服务品质，加强对侨服务能力。

　　国家游泳中心总经理杨奇勇阐释说，水立方由捐资而建，多年来坚持为侨服务，本次启动“上善·再聚水立方”行动，是借冬奥契机，呼唤捐资人“回家”，共享奥运场馆的运营成果，共谋新的发展机遇。

　　据介绍，在执行层面，水立方将通过捐资人寻找计划，在线上联络全球捐资人，聚拢人气，共享信息，搭建水立方品牌的跨境电商平台。通过线上线下的全方位服务，为侨商跨境电商提供产品展示、品牌授权、电商渠道等平台功能，细化对侨服务与沟通，强化各地侨商与国内的信息交流和商务合作。

　　论坛期间，各地华商与阿里巴巴、京东、唯品会、聚美优品等国内跨境电商从业者面对面沟通，探索跨境电商新生态，共论跨境贸易行业趋势前景，并就供应链整合、商品整合、电商合作等深入探讨，寻求落地之道。
